Tera is a school that aims to teach 21st-century abilities through intense bootcamps in Data Science, Product Management and User Experience.
The first "Community Map" of Tera was a hybrid qualitative and quantitative research developed in order to understand the impact of Tera's learning journeys.
I was responsible for qualitative research, questionnaire creation, desk research, and final insights.
This was a zero42.org project.
Some of our learnings:
95% would do another bootcamp
Over 200 people have found new jobs or job opportunities within the Tera community.
55% feel more confident doing their job
