Facebook is widely used by large companies, especially in brand building. But how is this relationship with small businesses? Santo Caos went to the streets of  7 capitals in all regions of Brazil, to identify the various behavioral profiles of micro-entrepreneurs and how do engagement works alongside communication.

I was responsible for conducting several ethnographic and in-depth interviews and mapping all the insights.
